Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Any offering is made only through definitive offering documents, and only to persons who qualify under them.
Privacy
When you write to us or request access, we keep what you send: your name, your contact details and your message.
In the Partner Room we record each sign in, the agreements you sign, the documents you open, the messages and indications you send, and the network address used. We use this to run the room and to keep confidential material secure.
We do not sell this information. This site runs no advertising or tracking scripts.
To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it where the law allows, email inquiries@longdonboyd.com.
Terms of use
The Partner Room is open by invitation only. Invitation codes are personal and may not be shared. We may change or withdraw access at any time.
Material in the Partner Room is confidential. It is covered by the agreement you sign there and may not be copied or passed on except as that agreement allows.
